We invest in our officers' training and development. All security officers are trained for state security guard licenses, first aid/cpr/aed,ISTC, and MTSA for persons with security duties. Our supervisors are all certified Facility Security Officers (FSO). We hire locally and actively recruit veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces as well as law enforcement officers.

We leverage our experience plus our New York City Police Department Roots for the benefit of our clients. We adapt many aspects of the NYPD's procedures to mesh with our own existing practices, and We monitor changes within the NYPD's procedures, protocols, policies, and training. 

We Aim for Excellence

AAY Security is quality-focused. As a company, we hold an A rating fromISNetworld. for our Drug & Alcohol program, We are members of theDISAContractors Consortium (DCCHA), and have aVeriforce-approved DOT/PHMSA drug & alcohol program. Our security officers all undergo three background checks conducted both in-house and by DISA, plus undergo DOT physicals and submit to both DOT and DCCHA  drug tests.
